Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • We offer you 24 hour return period in which you are able to check if the product you ordered is broken or has any manufacturing fault at the time of purchase.
  • Any problems must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • In the unlikely event that a product is broken upon arrival then replacement or refund will be issued after the return of the broken item. Return will be the buyer’s responsibility and any charges will be borne by the Buyer. If you purchased in sale only the sale price will be refunded.
  • If your order is being delivered by courier service then the parcel must be paid for and received before it can be opened and checked. The courier service will not allow you to open the parcel due to their policy. However, if there is any discrepancy or damaged item in your order you should email us within 24 hours and our team will be in touch to help you.
  • Please note that when returning items back to us, items MUST be in the same condition including product box/packaging/accessories as they were at the time of delivery.
  • If there are any changes made to the item or if there are missing parts/items or if original packaging is not included then the return warranty will become void.
  • House of Rouge reserves the right to disapprove any return warranty claims if the item is damaged, altered, or modified in any way due to misuse, abuse, attempted repair, etc., or if the item is damaged due to liquid or moisture exposure.
